此系列商品皆由藍月老師全手工繪製，使用釉下彩顏料在瓷素坯上以寫意手法、工筆畫法以及獨創的「雲染」工法繪製出獨一無二的生活藝術品，每一件作品都在1240℃-1300℃高溫氧化燒或還原燒過程燒製完成。All works are hand-painted, making each item unique, like a piece of art. For custom orders, the patterns and color configurations will be based on the artist's and kiln's completed work at the time of creation, so it may not be identical.
As these are handmade products, minor imperfections such as pinholes, bubbles, or small spots are inevitable and are considered normal, not affecting the overall beauty or functionality of the item.
Due to differences in computer screen settings, slight color variations or differences from the photos upon receiving the product are within reasonable limits. All items undergo a quality check before shipment to ensure they meet our standards. However, if you are a perfectionist, please consider this carefully before purchasing.(To protect both parties, customers are advised to record the unboxing process as proof)If you have any questions about the product, please ask before making a purchase. Detailed communication before purchase can save you the time, money, and effort spent on returns or exchanges. Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the day after receiving the product. Refunds cannot be requested for the following reasons:
- Opened or used products
- Products damaged by human error When returning an item, please cover the shipping costs. Once we receive the product and confirm there are no issues, we will issue a refund. After the refund is processed, you can expect to receive it within 14 business days.
